Internet Disruption - Charter/Spectrum (11/18/2020)
Recently, many families who subscribe to Charter/Spectrum’s Internet service have reported issues connecting district-issued student iPads to the Internet. The District has been working with Charter/Spectrum and Securly, the Internet filtering software on the iPads, to resolve this issue. While they continue to work on fixing the root cause of the issue, there is a change you can make to the iPad’s network settings that should allow the device to connect to the Internet.
