Battle of the Books

General Information

Who: All interested 6th, 7th and 8th graders who love to read are welcome to join.

What: Battle of the Books is an enrichment reading program. Students form teams of two to six people and read books from a supplied list. In May, the teams compete to correctly answer questions about the books. In addition, other team contests include those for best costume, the best chant and best poster.

When: Sign up in January. Meets Wednesdays or Thursdays during WIN time from February through May. The final competition is in May.
