It's time to join speech!
We start December 1st!
General Information
Who: All interested 6th, 7th and 8th graders are welcome.
What: The focus of DECLAM is to coach students on the finer points of successful public speaking and to encourage consistent improvement. Students choose from 16 classic speech categories including Prose, Poetry, Drama, Oratory, etc.
When: Registration is now open! The season runs from December 1st - January 31st.
December: Research & writing completed on your own with guidance from coaches. We'll begin on Dec. 1 and will be available 3:15-4:45pm in room 257.
January: Practices and Coaching after school 1-2 days per week (scheduled by you). Coaching sessions begin January 5 and are scheduled 3:30-5:00pm through January 31.

Where: Room 257
Cost: $44 - sign permission and liability forms in EduTrak.
Application/Registration: Click on Edutrak to sign up. When complete, students should use the Schoology code to become a part of the Speech/Declam group and gain access to Materials & Zoom links.
