Hello FRMS Volleyball Families!

Our season officially begins on Monday, September 8th.  Registration for volleyball is online through EduTrak.  Students also need to have a physical exam on file prior to participation. 

As coaches, we believe in working hard, being kind, and having fun.  Fundamentals are stressed as we prepare players for high school volleyball.  Teams are determined based on experience and skill level. While we are still working on assessing the experience levels of our players, we are confident that we will be able to place your player on a team where they will learn, improve their skills and increase their knowledge of the game of volleyball.  

General information:
We have practice every day with the exception of game days.  It is rare to have a practice canceled.  However, if a practice is canceled, your student will be notified and will need to take their regular transportation home. We ask all our players to be in the gym at 3:20.  We will end practice by 4:50.  All players need to be picked up before or at 5:00 at the lower building entrance.  If your student needs to be absent, please send a note or email their coach.

Activity Busses are available
Any student who rides an activity bus must either have a one-day bus pass or annual bus pass. This bus pass is required, no exceptions and is used for admission onto the bus. Students who live in the Falcon Ridge attendance area are eligible to obtain a bus pass and ride the activity bus. Please talk to Coach Paino or Coach Dols about the bus pass and route. Activity bus runs Monday through Friday on most school days and leaves Falcon at 5:00 pm.

Students have bus transportation to and from all away games.  If you wish to take your student home from an away game, you need to provide a signature on a sign out sheet with your student’s coach.  

We believe strongly in good sportsmanship as coaches, players, and spectators.  We welcome you to our games and appreciate any support you can give the team.  We look forward to having a great season!
