Conferences

Just a quick reminder that our winter conferences are Thursday, February 5. There is no school on Thursday, 2/5 and Friday, 2/6. Please use PTCFast (our online sign-up system) to schedule a 10-minute conference with the teachers you’d most like to meet with. The link is through a button below this message.

Conference Schedule:

Thursday, February 5: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
(Staff breaks from 12:00–12:45 PM and 4:00–4:45 PM)

Conferences are a great opportunity to connect in person, ask questions, and partner with teachers to support your child’s success. Because teachers work with many students, conference spots are limited, so you may not be able to meet with every teacher. We encourage you to prioritize the conversations that will be most helpful and reach out to others by email or phone anytime during the trimester as needed.

While you’re here for conferences, be sure to stop by a few additional spots in the building:

• Book Fair – Visit the Media Center to shop the book fair and support our school library.

• Schoology Help – Staff will be available in the Media Center to assist with Schoology accounts or answer tech-related questions.

• Please sign up through the PTCFAST link below for an hour long conference window.
