Physical Education
Students take Physical Education all three years at Falcon Ridge Middle School.
All students will learn the following:
- Swimming – front crawl, back crawl, side stroke and breast stroke
- Hand-eye coordination through sports such as Pickle ball and Badminton
- The importance of working as a team through Flag Football, Basketball, Team Handball, Volleyball and Soccer
- The importance of being physically fit through running, fitness tests and strength training
GYM T-shirts are Encouraged
- Gym t-shirts can be ordered through MyPaymentsPlus- $8.00 (Look under "miscellaneous")
- We will be handing them out the week of September 8th during Gym class.
- The locker room will be open this year for kids to change into their gym clothes! (We will tell them to bring deodorant)
